Are you Independent?

How do I know if I am eligible for a mortgage?

I will help you obtain an Agreement in Principle so you know what you can borrow.

Lenders want to be sure that you can repay the money they lend you. Your income, financial commitments, credit history, spending habits, and savings are all relevant factors so they will be assessed by the lender as part of the mortgage application process. Getting an AIP in place early in the process will give you the edge over other prospective buyers. How do I check my credit report?

You can easily obtain your Credit Report from Check My File free of charge*. It can be useful to check it before you start an application in case there is something on it you don't know about.

You can be anywhere in the UK. I do a lot of meetings online via Zoom or Teams. However, if you live or work in any of the following areas and would like to meet face to face, I am happy to arrange that.

We can meet in your workplace, your home or your favourite coffee shop; whatever suits you best.
